Ethan: Hi, I’m Ethan Winer from RealTraps Recording Studio London, and this is my partner, Doug Ferrara. We’re here in Doug’s studio for this video, The Ultimate Home Studio. And this really is the ultimate home studio, as we’re going to see.
The last time we were in this room was when Doug began his remodel a few years ago, when we did the mini traps demonstration video that’s on the RealTraps site now. At that point, the ceiling was totally just bare beams, and we talked about how we were going to treat it with fluffy fiberglass and cover it with fabric and put wood trim strips up and make it look nice. This is all done now.
It’s been a long project, and we’ve gotten a lot of treatment in here, and we’re going to do a tour of the studio and show how we treated it, talk about why we did what we did.
